I believe that by taking into account personal needs, dietary guidelines and understanding specific limitations, we can achieve our desired goals of longevity and well-being. I pursue my mission through an individualised nutritional approach based on the diversity of our genetic make-up, different lifestyles and learned behaviour patterns.
During her studies in dietetics, she enhanced her theoretical and practical experience at the Diabetes Clinic (Nova Gorica, 2020), the Department of Nutrition at the National Institute of Public Health (Ljubljana, 2020), and in clinics specializing in nephrology, ultrasound, and dentistry (Nova Gorica, 2019-2023). As a dietitian, she participated in a research team focusing on health prevention (Florida, 2022) and national projects such as NutriCare (Ljubljana, 2022) and Antiox (Izola, 2023). She was involved in an interdisciplinary team addressing overweight children and adolescents (Ankaran, 2021-2024), conducted health education activities at the primary healthcare level at the Health Promotion Centre (Izola, 2023-2024), and practiced at the Oncology Institute (Ljubljana, 2024). She furthered her formal knowledge through professional conferences and seminars, including obtaining a Clinical Sports Dietitian license (SZKP Ljubljana, 2023).
A dietitian’s in-depth theoretical and methodological knowledge makes him/her one of the only qualified and regulated health professionals to assess, diagnose and treat dietary adjustment.
